Our 2021 Annual Council Meeting is moving forward and will be held on-site on Sunday, October 25th, at Customer Contact West. For those members unable to join us, we will be holding a VIRTUAL meeting to as well. The Virtual Annual Council Meeting will take place Wednesday, November 10th from 11AM to 1PM EST. Council members will vote on the critical issues to be addressed throughout 2022! These issues will guide the development of in-person events, virtual events, and curated content on the Community Portal. In preparation, it’s time to give thought to the Critical Issues your company is facing and what you’d like to see addressed in 2022. Setting the Critical Issues Agenda is a key role in ensuring the content for the Council remains driven by its members.
